During this series, we invited community to add their seeds to our storytelling altar and prayer garden. At the end of the series, we offer our altar to our beloved Nigaani-Gichigami aka Lake Ontario in TKARONTO (Toronto), Dish With One Spoon Territory, in service to our planet.
At the end of the series, we also closed our doors to our 4-month Ancestral Think Tank and Artist Retreat: when we lived and died in the thriving village.

“Why Would I Screw Up This Launch?”

Join our host, Shaunga, for episode one in our series “The Truth About What Art Can Do (in times of genocide). On a personal note, this series is for Shaunga to take a deep breath, embrace a new chapter in life, and (RE)-introduce her medicine to the world.

The other day Shaunga was working really hard on her next episode, and then her future partner came through her energy field and interrupted her – derailing all of her carefully laid plans.
Turns out, this interruption was a necessary intervention – taking us into memories from our future of a thriving village that depleting the power money and capitalism has over us, by returning to our TRUE WEALTH.

In 2025, we seek to collaborate with folks to workshop this vision & experiment with small ways of implementation, and keep building from there.
